In this participants will:
Cook a plant-based meal using sustainably sourced ingredients
Explore how each ingredient has a “bio” of sustainable production
Identify smart storing tips for each ingredient will be shared to reduce waste
Examine issues of sustainable food systems, the planetary benefits of a plant-rich diet, and how corporates and individuals can drive systems change
