Native American Cuisine cooking class as part of Continuing Education Program at Santa Fe Community College. Hands-on class in the Culinary lab kitchen. Students to prepare Native American meal that features a four-course meal including an appetizer, soup, entree, and dessert. Learn how to cook Native American foods of the Southwest with local chef, author, food historian and photographer Lois Ellen Frank, founder of Red Mesa Cuisine. Discover the history of foods from the Southwest Indian Nations while you prepare a full meal of appetizer, soup, main course and dessert using ingredients like bison and quail.
